Description
RussNelson[CodePlex]
Is there a way to direct the chart autoranging? During the winter, when we're displaying water temperature in the rivers, we have just a fraction of degree bouncing up and down on the screen. It makes our data look much noisier than it really is. Is there
a way for us to hint to HydroDesktop the usual range of a physical parameter so it doesn't magnify noise?

Research direction
The issue names no file, test, or entry point; begin by locating HydroDesktop’s chart autoranging behavior and reviewing how plotted physical-parameter ranges are chosen. Clarify how a usual range should be supplied and verify that small water-temperature variations are not visually magnified.
