When user clicks on IMPORT button in time series window, system asks for file location.

Add a dialogue box: quotThis function requires a particular data structure. Continue to select a file, or read about the data structure requirements?quot 3 buttons:

1 Select file for import
2 Read about data structure
3 Cancel

Or something similar....

Done means the prompt offers Select file for import, Read about data structure, and Cancel before file selection, with each choice following the requested path.
