change reproject messg?

When I add Layer...
Is there a reason for asking if it should reproject, saying it won't hurt the source file?

I recommend not to warn the user (unless it cannot be reprojected for some reason, then tell user..?)

Start by reproducing the reported flow: add a layer and observe the prompt asking whether it should be reprojected. Identify where that prompt is triggered and how failure to reproject is reported. Done means the unnecessary warning is removed while users are still told when reprojection cannot be performed.
