Format and reoccurance of messages when plotting in HydroClient

__Steps to reproduce__
Run a search in the HydroClient. As per Liza recommendation "The notification that pops up needs to be tidied up. The huge numbers and spacing is awkward." Additionally "The pop ups were supposed to go away after the first time".
__Expected Behavior__
Succinct, visually-appealing popups that only arise when necessary
