__Steps to reproduce__
Open Hydroclient (issue on both production and QA)
Filter by Service to NWIS Ground Water Level
Issue does not appear to be dependent on search location - anywhere should do.
Upon viewing results, the "Site Name" field does not hyperlink to USGS website well information

"Site Name" field does not hyperlink to USGS website well information
