CSV export is a different workflow depending on which part of the interface the user is in.

Description
In the search results, a user can "select action" then export. From the workspace, the same action is "select tool", "save as csv", the "launch tool". The "launch tool" part is especially unintuitive, and three clicks seems like a lot to export the selected data in the workspace.
