Odd use of punctuation in interface checkboxes

Description
The following should probably be stripped of their punctuation:
1. Auto Download Archives? (in the Exports part of the application)
1. Select all non-gridded data services. (in the Data Services filter modal)
Using a period or a question mark is atypical, and unnecessary.
