Description
The CUAHSI HydroClient crashes with an unhelpful page displayed to the user if the following call to the SOLR catalog fails during client start-up:
- • http://hiscentral.cuahsi.org/webservices/hiscentral.asmx/GetWaterOneFlowServiceInfo
Need to provide a 'graceful' client exit in these cases with a meaningful message displayed to the user...
