User - hydroservertest1
Table - DataValues
File - DataValues57k.csv
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upload large file (>50,000 values) to DataValues table
2. Commit to database
3. Go to manage, then select the table and clear
Error pops up saying the table cannot be cleared and to check the related tables
Going to view --> DataValues shows records, but after a couple of minutes the records are gone.
It seems like the deletion just takes a while. Is the error message on a timer or some sort of other trigger?
