3.5.0 challenge-desc span not displaying description message text

- Operating System: ubuntu 20.04
- Web Browser and Version: Firefox 104.0

**What happened?**
Challenge description message text is not displayed on the challenge.

**What did you expect to happen?**
plaintext entered into the message box on the challenge creation page be displayed within the challenge-desc span on the associated challenge's page.

**How to reproduce your issue**
Install 3.5.0 on a fresh 20.04 install. run CTFd in a screen session with docker. Connect to server with HTTP. Create a test challenge. Attempt to view the challenge.
