**What**
Changes deployment to heroku to another hosting service that is free
**Why**
Heroku is removing its free hosting options. As such, we need to find another solution that will allow us to host this web app for free
**How**
- AWS
- Firebase (serverless)
- Need more research
**Requirements**
- Needs to be free
- Needs to allow web app to be usable online
