Description

This data is a dream come true, thanks for your work on it. I work for the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and would love to map this along with some of our patient data to help with our measles response. In the county level data, could you add lat and long fields? I see it's available via download on the website, is there anyway to get that in the csv? Thanks!
