Description
For the measles_daily_cases_by_county.csv, the guidance says that the date for each case is when they were officially reported.
I just wanted to make sure, by this do you on the day that health authorities report it, or do you mean the day that the health authorities said a case had occurred.
So for example, if someone has a rash beginning Monday, they take a test on Tuesday, it's confirmed on Wednesday, and health authorities report it on Thursday, would Thursday be the date reflected? Or would it be something the health authorities report (e.g., test taken on Tuesday, or rash onset on Monday)?
