Description
# Problem
Currently, the app doesn't respect the color scheme that we want. This is apparent once we visit the dashboard. There, the bottom navigation bar doesn't have the same accent as the rest of the application.
## Potential fix
Replace all default material color accents with the `navy_blue` color defined in `colors.xml`
