Consider upgrading Garden to Lambdaisland fork

The [Garden CSS library](https://github.com/noprompt/garden) hasn't received updates for a while, so it has been forked by Lambdaisland, who have made a number of fixes available since.

However, decided against upgrading it in a rather large list of changes, along with updates to other libraries such as Reagent and Re-Frame which require an amount of visual checking which is not covered by tests completely (and isn't always feasible to test programmatically)
