Running `axe` timeouts in catalogue when developing browser tests

Description
Running browser tests with an open browser in development mode and real data seems to timeout in axe on the catalogue page.
Perhaps the updated tree component is slow to check.?
The check could be removed from `login-as` and put in the application flow catalogue page part.
