Replace `:resid-placeholder`

We should replace
```
:resid-placeholder "urn:test:fi:some-uuid"
```

Placeholders are considered harmful so let's remove it. Then we can instead add an info text like the advanced search on the Actions page or the attachment field format info. We can then advertise all the possibilities like URL, URN, EGA, DOI.
