Analyze browser console warnings

Walk through the application and have a look at what the browser console shows as warnings and errors. Create issues of each or fix right away if easy.

Walk through the normal applicant, handling, and admin pages in the browser and record the console warnings and errors. Fix a warning if its cause is straightforward, otherwise create a separate issue for it; optionally add a browser test that checks the console remains free of warnings.
