Generate new demo data

Come up with some meaningful demo data that can be used for demonstrating

- [ ] basic application handling
- [ ] support for multi-organisation handling
- [ ] auto-approve
- [ ] decider workflow

We can mostly reuse the existing data, just name it better. We can use similar domain as existing REMS users for inspiration.

We can have the test data to add more special cases on top of this demo data. We can use the catalogue tree to hide the special cases. We can link to an extra page with description of the catalogue items from the more info.
