Add to guide an example of form field that includes a http link

Make sure the guide page has an example of a form field that contains a http link as well as multiple paragraph answer. All of title, info-text and answer should be considered. There are good variants already with the different stylistics options, and also the latest `info-collapse` has an example. Let's make sure the form fields have those.
