Separate "Search" and "Filter" functionalities

We call both the Lucene-based application search, and the simple table filtering "Search". Consider using separate terms because the search language is different. E.g. "Filter"

Locate the UI entry points for Lucene-based application search and simple table filtering. Review how each function is currently labeled, then update the terminology so they use distinct names such as “Search” and “Filter”; done means the two different interactions are clearly distinguishable.
