Auto-expand 'extended funnel plot' when simulation trials have been added

Description
Currently the extended funnel plot automatically sizes itself to fit the trial data. However, it doesn't currently take into account the simulation trials if they are to be plotted as well.
So need to 'sensible' axis limits to incorporate those when the user specifies plotting the simulated trials.
