Research direction

The issue names no source file, test, or reproducible steps. Start by reproducing the Android case with vSomeIP 3.5.7 and Boost 1.82, then inspect multicast registration and the proxy path using the supplied log. Done means identifying and correcting the condition that drives CPU usage to 100%, with a regression check showing normal CPU usage.
