Not able to communicate between 2 ip's in QNX but works in Linux

IP communication is not happening in QNX but happening in Linux.
Attached ifconfig of QNX tagret

Here i am communicating from cpvsw0 (vomseip server) and vlan4 is (ara::com client)
But it is working in Linux
