Are branch nodes(like Vehicle.Cabin.Door ) corresponding to any physical HWs?
## Background
Some branch nodes seems to be corresponding to a HW, like Vehicle.Cabin.Door.
But other nodes seems to express just function/feature, not physical HW like Vehicle.ADAS.CruiseControl .
If there are any policy for nodifying any entity, it helps us to considering how to use it.
