suggestion: consider creating a project name

Hi, Currently there does not seem to be a simple way to refer to this collection of GraphQL component as a whole. For example through a project name. At the same time it is also not clear if there is a top level piece of documentation I could link to as an alternative.

This makes it hard to refer to this project, as a Covesa focused GraphQL implementation, from other related CVII Tech Stack projects. For example in my own work on [VSS Data Feeders](https://github.com/slawr/vss-otaku/tree/master/feeders/r-sim-feeder#graphql-approaches) I may refer to GraphQL generically but in terms of building the CVII Tech Stack I would also like to refer to this project as a specific implementation to focus on.

I realise that it can be tricky coming up with project names but some kind of simple way to refer to it would be useful. In discussions, documentation and diagrams.
