[query] How to support global level "trace-load-limit" ?

Hi COVESA team,

Currently the "trace-load-limit" can be enabled and configured in /etc/dlt-trace-load.conf with per-APPID based limitation item. My question is do we support global level "trace-load-limit", like using "*" in APPID as a wildcard to limit the trace load globally as well ? Because in our case there is requirement to limit the entire system log load.
