The index is repeated when it wraped

Description
it seems like below ,I configure the max number is 999( configurate OfflineLogstorageMaxCounter = 999) ,and then try wrapped, but I found the index in the filename is repeated.
If I want the index serial number to not be repeated, or the older index be covered ,how should I configure it?
