Develop a structured template for committee feedback and use to prioritize dataset support based on feasibillity / resource cost vs. impact/value to the community.
Possible considerations: representation and diversity, openness of data, standardization, richness (including metadata and derivatives), existing support for data types, open availability elsewhere, quality/value for annotation and processing
