Description
As this progresses to deal in scripting languages outside of BASH, it'd be nice to develop rules for tests.
* Are we going to accept submissions without tests?
* Can something like this be handled reliably by CI?
* Should we bundle tests into a docker or similar and ensure that the files generated match some rough? (suggested thumbnail, hash or other fuzzy likeness)
