Description
First step towards the integration of CC algorithm in partition algorithm, open questions/tasks:
* How to get the path information from CC output.
* Define Global CC cost matrix
* Take into account for the global CC cost matrix the CC components on each partitions.
* For a first implementation we can use the CC components on two partitions as we do now.
