Add an initial python script example for qss simulation.

Add a Python script that handles the compilation/simulation part for a given model that we want to simulate in parallel.
The initial part of the pipeline later on should include:
* Generating the SBG, Scotch, Metis and Kahip partitions.
* Load them together with the Modelica models.
* Adapt the script to handle simulations with different size, and partitions.
* Finally, parse and save the results.

We should be able to set the final script in the manuscript.
