[PROPOSAL] PIMO Play add cache support

Description
This is a proposal to add caches load and dump support for PIMO Play.
New `Caches` tabs should be present near the input and output titles.
If `caches` tab is activated then the list of caches is display in a left side bar. items in the list could be renamed (pen icon) or deleted (trash icon). At the bottom of the sidebar a `+` button add new item in the list.
Business rule : all caches's names in the list should be distinct.
