Documentation unreachable outside cerns network

Hey, just to let you know that your documentation link in the readme file points to [this link](https://acc-py.web.cern.ch/gitlab/pts/framework/pypts/docs/stable/). I guess this is an internal service of yours?

The error in firefox simply states "Secure Connection Failed" with `NS_ERROR_NET_RESET`. Wget is also not super happy:
