Feature: Providing option to terminate or pause a hike while leader exits

**Describe the problem**
Right now there's only a dialog box asking for termination of the hike, which doesn't even deactivate the hike.

**Feature Proposed**
Changing dialog box message shown from only terminating to giving option between terminating and pausing. If a leader wants, while leaving, he can just pause the hike or else, terminate it as a whole. If a leader still chooses to terminate while exiting, confirming termination and ending the hike.
