Expected general timeline for the development of the SWAMP Bioassessment Reporting Module

- [x] End of Apr 2022: Anna will share a complete draft of the Data Management Plan (DMP) to internal/OIMA
- [x] End of May 2022: OIMA Reviewers will send Anna their feedback (i.e. OIMAns will have 1 month to review)
- [x] Early Jun 2022: Anna will compile feedback, revise the DMP and send it to the TAC for their 1-month review
- [x] Early Jul 2022: TAC Reviewers will send Anna their feedback (i.e. TAC will have 1 month to review)
- [x] Mid-Jul 2022: Anna will compile feedback and present it during the 1st TAC Meeting, where we will discuss what is needed to finalize the DMP
- [x] Early Aug 2022: Anna will “finalize” the document and work with Shuka to send it out to the Bioassessment Working Group (BAWG) for a 2-week review period (Due 8/22/22).
- [x] Late – Aug 2022: Anna will incorporate BAWG feedback and finalize BMP and post it on the Bioassessment page, exact location TBD.
- [ ] Sep – Nov 2022 (or whenever the Fall BAWG Meeting will be): Anna will work on developing the alpha version of Reporting Module 2.0 code and R Shiny (with a focus on getting data pulls and filtering correct)
- [ ] Jan – Feb 2023: Anna will continue to develop code/R Shiny, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documentation
- [ ] Mid-late Feb 2023: 2nd TAC Meeting to review/discuss developments & next steps.
- [ ] Mar 2023: Anna provides an update during the Spring BAWG
- [ ] Jul 2023: Public release of beta version of R Shiny & SOPs
- [ ] Jul – Nov 2023 (or whenever the Fall BAWG Meeting will be): User testing & updates, a couple of TAC Meetings (?)
- [ ] Jan – Feb 2024: Anna will finalize R Shiny, SOPs, and any other documentation needed to describe how to use resource
- [ ] Mid-late Feb 2024: TAC Meeting to review/discuss developments & next steps (if any).
- [ ] Mar 2024: Anna provides a demo of the “final” products during the Spring BAWG
- [ ] Apr 2024: Circle back with TAC to determine priorities for next iteration of improvements
