Box tooltip shows up above side menu when window is collapsed

### Describe the bug and the steps to reproduce it

1. Have a page including the following element

2. Minimise the window such that the left menu collapses


3. Open the hamburger menu


You should see the box tooltip above the side menu. You can try it for yourself in [CATcher docs](https://catcher-org.github.io/dg/user-workflow.html)

### Expected behavior

The tooltip box should be below left side menu

I have created an [issue](https://github.com/MarkBind/markbind/issues/2655) in Markbind. Perhaps when there's a fix, we should update accordingly.

Reproduce the issue in the linked CATcher docs page by collapsing the window and opening the hamburger menu. Inspect the box tooltip and side-menu styling, then read the linked MarkBind issue 2655 for related context. Done means the tooltip appears below the left side menu at the collapsed width.
