Activity Dashboard: Rows only appear after clicking headers to sort

**Describe the bug**
Table does not load until headers are clicked to sort.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Activity Dashboard'
2. Click on one of the headers of the table

**Expected behavior**
Rows to load automatically

Start at the Activity Dashboard and reproduce the table behavior described in the issue, checking the table's initial load path before any header is clicked. Done means the table rows appear automatically when the dashboard opens, without requiring a header sort.
