Show date-of-creation of an issue/PR on each card

Issue and PR cards lack the context of its date-of-creation at a glance, as this can only be seen upon hovering on a card, one at a time.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Add a footer to each issue/PR card displaying the creation date in a compact format (dd-MM-yy) to provide a better UX for accessing PR recency at a glance.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Using relative time format (e.g. 1 day ago, 3 days ago) instead of date.
