Description

Some example anomalies:
* A closed milestone has open issues or unmerged PRs
* A milestone doesn't have a deadline
* A milestone has gone past deadline
* There are multiple active milestones (i.e., forgot to close the previous milestone)

Where to show?

Perhaps as a dismissible box just above the filters?

Research direction

Start by tracing the “Currently active” view and the milestone data used by its filters. Review how milestone status, deadlines, issues, and pull requests are represented before deciding where the warning belongs. Done means the listed milestone anomalies are detected and shown in a dismissible box above the filters.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
