Merge [Status] and [Type] filters

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Currently, the Status and Type filters have overlapping concerns.
That is, the job of the Type filter can easily be done from the Status.

We can utilize
1) Nested checkbox


**Describe alternatives you've considered**
We could also keep the current split as is. Open for discussion

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the current Status and Type filter UI, then compare how each filter represents jobs and how a nested-checkbox design could combine them. Done means the overlapping filters are merged without losing existing filtering behavior, with the final interaction agreed upon.
