Description
### Describe the bug and the steps to reproduce it
1. Have a page including the following element
```
Tooltip
```
2. Minimise the window such that the left menu collapses
3. Open the hamburger menu
You should see the box tooltip above the side menu. You can try it for yourself in [WATcher docs](https://catcher-org.github.io/WATcher-docs/dg/index.html)
### Expected behavior
The tooltip box should be below left side menu
### Notes
I have created an [issue](https://github.com/MarkBind/markbind/issues/2655) in Markbind. Perhaps when there's a fix, we should update accordingly.
