Description

# Summary

The Issues lists under Tester Response Phase can become too lengthy, even with each table having only 10
issues per list / table.

## Description

We can consider having a toggle between either of the 3 tables so that the user does not need to
scroll through the entire page just to see their fault issues.

This can be done after #867 is complete and in concurrent with #388

Any thoughts? @anubh-v @dingyuchen and @kkangs0226

@chunweii @luminousleek @gycgabriel feel free to comment if you have
any suggestions as well :)

Research direction

Start by reviewing the Tester Response Phase page and its three issue tables, then read the related issues #867 and #388 before deciding on the control behavior. Done means users can select or toggle an issue type and view the corresponding table without scrolling through all three lists.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
