Unable to edit or delete issues 'Failed to fetch' HTTP error

Hi, I am able to create new issues using CATcher and they appear on my `pe` repo, but editing and deleting existing issues from CATcher returns me this failed to fetch error.

I have tried deleting the `pe` repo and allowing CAtcher to create a new repo but problem persists.


No source files or tests are named in the report. Start by reproducing issue editing and deletion in CATcher against a newly created peer-testing repository, then trace the failed fetch response from those actions. Done means existing issues can be edited and deleted without the HTTP error.
