Description

#### Description of Bug:

Also, it seems like the entity references for arrow brackets only work in normal text and not within fenced code blocks

#### Environment:
OS: Windows 10
Browser: Edge Version 95.0.1020.30 (Official build) (64-bit)

#### Steps to recreate:
1. Type anything within arrow brackets "< >" in the Write tab
2. Select the Preview tab

Research direction

Reproduce the issue in the Write and Preview tabs using angle brackets in normal text and fenced code blocks, as described in the report. Trace the preview rendering path and compare how entity references are handled in each context. Done means both forms display escaped angle brackets correctly in Preview without breaking normal text.
