CATcher crash when attempting to indicate severity

**Describe the bug**
Unable to create new issue due to website crashing when attempting to input bug severity.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://catcher-org.github.io/CATcher/
2. Click on Session 2113/T PE
3. Create new issue
4. Attempt to Indicate Severity
5. See Crash Page

**Expected behavior**
Expected to be able to indicate severity without crashing.

**Additional context**
Ive tried restarting my laptop but issue persist.

Reproduce the crash at https://catcher-org.github.io/CATcher/ by opening Session 2113/T PE, creating an issue, and selecting severity; inspect the crash page and browser console for the failure location. Done means a new issue can reach and set severity without the application crashing.
