Image editing producing black images

Hi,
I have a few images which are working fine in the demo UI, but I am getting all black zeros when running the code.
Input Image:

Edit prompt: "change the background to a snowy landscape"

Output Image:

Could you please help with what may potentially be going wrong? Is there any recommended input image size to the model?
