### Currently
E2E covers just two cases
* single-component-with-state
* two components, one using the other
### Goal
Add more cases, to gradually cover all Mitosis features. Thus the E2E tests would measure (and eventually verify) Mitosis feature/target coverage.

Start by locating the existing E2E tests for single-component-with-state and two components where one uses the other. Review how those cases exercise Mitosis features and targets, then identify a bounded set of additional cases and run the E2E suite to verify the expanded coverage.
