micro-agent keeps running on clear page without error

Hi,

I have strange error - I installed micro-agent as per documentation, added key (openai), but when I run command
> micro-agent

all that happens is that cursor goes down on new page, but nothing happens. I waited for several minutes, but nothing.

> micro-agent --version

and

> micro-agent --help

and

> micro-agent config

is working as it should, but main loop does nothing.

Strange thing is also that it shows version 1 lower that it should, because when I installed @latest version it shows 0.1.4 Also when I install 0.1.3 version it shows 0.1.2 version with --version command.

I`m on windows machine
