question: how to add builder.io to a next.js esm config

Maybe this question would fit better in the GH Discussions than the issue tab, but since GH Discussions is not enabled on this repo I created the issue here.

In the documentation is only an explanation for commonjs.

More specificly: The dev tools etc.

Start by finding the existing documentation that explains the CommonJS setup and compare it with the requested Next.js ESM configuration. Clarify which Builder.io development tools are in scope, then document the ESM setup and verify that the example is complete for Next.js users.
